Green Rich Hotel Osaka Airport Artificial Hot Spring Futamata Yunohana

Convenient location close to the airport, shuttle transportation and friendly staff.

My wife and I first time stayed at this hotel during our transit in Osaka Itami airport to Haneda. We really enjoyed our stay, the room rates included free breakfast and access to hot spring bath. Best price value stay, we will certainly pick this hotel again, highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at the Green Rich Hotel. It was a bonus to have shuttle service from the airport though it's literally a 10 minute walk. However, if you have a 90 y/o dad with you, it's helpful since a taxi would definitely not take you. When I called earlier about pick up times, they say to call them when you need the ride. However, if you don't have a cell phone or a phone that can dial in Japan, it's hard to find a public phone these days. I ended up going to the information desk and they called the hotel on my behalf! The other issue by not having a cell phone is that you can't make calls from the hotel phone. You can receive calls from the outside but no calls going to the outside are possible. That seems to be the case with a lot of hotels these days. They said that they incorporated this policy this year. Outside of the hotel, we didn't find much in terms of restaurants. We arrived on a Sunday and the only thing available to eat was the 7-11 which has decent food compared to 7-11's in the rest of the world but it's still a 7-11... It's nice to have a public bath in the hotel and the breakfast buffet is tasty and very filling. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious. For the price, this will be our go to place whenever we visit Itami.

The small size of the room was expected. What I didn't like. Stiff bed. One small pillow. No available water source to fill bottles. Practically nothing written in dual language. What I liked is the proximity to the airport. 10 minutes walking time.
