Hotel Metropolitan Sendai East

The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the Onsen that we were able to access directly from the property. I was really happy with the property, but it took pretty long time for check-in. I was guided to the self check in but it didn’t work and guided to the in person check in. A guest who was checking in front of us was taking long time so I had to wait. Also this was our first time to stay this hotel, and I was not sure how the Onsen ticket works, like if the ticket can be used for the checkout day. I needed to bring up the basic question that most guests might have. At the Onsen place, once we arrived the floor, the staff was just standing at the entrance and staring at us and we were a bit confused. So I needed to ask how it works. Then they answered. The both hotel and Onsen property were clean and very nice, but the customer service was a bit awkward.

Staying so close to the station is genius! I wish I had done this sooner. The hotel was very nice. I especially liked the skincare products.

Extremely convenient (just above the train station), gorgeous rooms - clean, spacious, nice layout, nice view! A very cool lounge, gym and plenty restaurants and shopping options in walking range! Definitely recommend! Would stay here again in a heartbeat

The staff there is super helpful, I found out I left my camera in my rental car after I returned the car and when the shop were closed, they offered to help me call the rental company in the morning and help to explain the situation, in the end I managed to get my camera back before I left Sendai
