Excellent stay. Mosses and the entire Melia Serengeti staff were nice, friendly, accommodating and warm. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt like home during our stay. Would recommend staying here. :)

Amazing property in the middle of the Serengeti combining luxury with nature. I was so impressed with the service here! While the property brings comfort and a luxury after a long day of safari game drives, the service is truly the standout!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The resident manager so nice and engaging. You feel welcome the moment you enter the premisses. The view from the rooms is stunning.
