If I could give the communication of the host 10 stars, I would! I have never experienced such wonderful communication and help from a concierge staff. Because our check-in was so late, Chris sent us a video of how to get to our room and get checked in. They helped to secure airport and pickup and transfer. They made two phone calls for us to local establishments where we had excursions in order to clarify the details, and they also helped secure our taxi transfer to an excursion. Chris was so responsive and easy to reach through WhatsApp. The breakfast served to our room was delicious and beautiful. The suite was spotless and cleaned daily. We had everything we needed and more. I would recommend this beautiful suite to anyone!

Great stay. Very helpful staff and breakfast was really good everyday.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing juice, which was a lovely gesture. Everything was great during our stay! The room was very convenient and comfortable. Everything was clean, including the linens, and the hot tub was a great touch. One thing I really appreciated was the breakfast service during check-in, they gave us a breakfast menu to choose from, and then served it right to our room. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, which kept everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The drive to the location was a bit of a fun challenge; but they have ample parking space to accommodate us. They take the initiative to reach out to us to arrange for the check-in to ensure we can get to our suite as smoothly as possible. The room was spacious and clean. They bring the breakfast to our door and it was good. We were able to get more on demand. There's a church nearby and the occasional church bells provides a serenity that hotels in more touristy areas in the island cannot provide.
