Ideal for a tired pilgrim, couldn't ask for anything better. The staff were incredibly helpful and super central. It's located right off the Camino trail so you can hit the ground running in the morning

The bar downstairs was welcoming with great food, the property and rooms were clean and well maintained and the restaurant down the street was delicious.

Good location in the centre of Guernica near bars and tourist office. Room was pretty basic but adequate. Good, hot shower. The bottle of water and tea making facility was a nice touch.
Biggest issue was the check-in hassle. There is a note on the door to check-in at the bar next door....but the bar was shut. There were several numbers stuck on the bar windows but it wasn't clear which to use and there was no answer initially. Given my phone was nearly flat, it was a big stress I really didn't need. Shame.
