Cà Patron

Ca’ Patron exceeded every expectation and was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality that made us feel more like guests in someone’s home than visitors at a rental. The apartment was immaculate. Every room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with a perfect balance of historic Venetian charm and modern comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked flawlessly (a huge plus during the summer), and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is outstanding. It’s tucked away on a quiet street, allowing for peaceful nights, while still being just a short walk from major attractions, restaurants, cafés, and water transportation. It truly gave us the authentic Venice experience without the constant crowds outside the door. What really made our stay unforgettable was the host. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, with quick responses, helpful local recommendations, and a level of kindness that is becoming increasingly rare. They even assisted us in arranging a private water taxi for our departure, making our travel to the airport completely stress-free. It’s clear that the owners genuinely care about their guests and take tremendous pride in their property. Every detail was considered, and it showed throughout.

Gorgeous boutique hotel. Very clean and great location 😊. Would definitely recommend.

Our host was incredibly lovely! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Venice. The room was amazing, the host was so kind, and the area was quiet and well located. We are so thankful we chose Cá Patron!

Wow what a find. Alessandro is the ultimate host, ensuring we could find the property and that we had everything we needed and was available on Whatsapp for anything else. What can I say about the property. The room is spacious and immaculate beautiful design and furniture, a coffee machine and a supply of drinks and snacks. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept really well. The property is in a very good area very central for everything and we walked from the train station with our cases easily. I would 100% recommend this property and hope to go back.
