Room as described, excellent shower and hot water. All staff incredibly helpful and welcoming. Food options dinner and breakfast really well cooked. Especially the curry options

Pleasant location and the pub had a super selection of food. Good for a pint in the sun. Room had nice view over the fields. Bathroom had not been cleaned and had hair, along with other reminders, from the previous occupants. This let down the experience as then noticed other parts of the room being fairly unclean.

Beautiful boutique hotel - Restaurant next to the hotel is fantastic with award winning cuisine. Room over looking fields with a stunning bathroom. Bed was huge and so comfortable. Huge TV and lots of nice touches - Robert’s radio - IPad - bath robes - slippers - home cooked cookies the list goes on. I’ll definitely be staying again

The staff at the Dog & Crook were excellent, very attentive and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the ensuite was also spotless with all facilities in good order.
We ate in the pub and the curries we had were the best we've eaten in quite some time. Good choice of beers too.
Breakfast was cooked to order. Basically, a great place to stay!
