Maison Blu - Intimate GuestHouse

Perfect location. I booked on Expedia and with the photos, I was expecting the entrance and such to be part of our room. Only to find that it’s a shared area and our room was not as big as I expected. Did not utilize housekeeping because I don’t like others in the room after it’s been sanitized and when I’ve set my belongings out. However, they were so kind when we requested more towels I did find so much hair on the floor, on the bed, and pillows. It was gross. Don’t book room 1 otherwise you will hear everyone coming in the front door at all hours of the day/night. It was very hard to sleep with the noise and the very firm bed. I woke up sore every morning. There was a small balcony with a sliver view of the ocean to the left. The location was perfect! Only a couple minutes walk to the beach lift. Or take the walking pathway down as it only takes a few minutes. Also had rooftop access outside the main door. There is a small drink cooler. This does not get cold enough to store food in there or to have your drinks actually cold if you’re from countries where drinks are nice and cold. There is a super market up the street from here.

Excellent staff and location

This property was excellent. Close to the port and tours offices. It is in the middle of a very busy pedestrian street but at night you don’t hear anything. The staff was very helpful responding to any need. They are not on site but it was not a major issue. Very clean and spacious. We had the suite and was 2 levels with2 full baths

Nice, fashionable place, close to everything. Hard to find a long bed in the city center, so that was a plus also. And the elevator.
