Great location! Right next to some great dining and high end shopping. Steps away from a bus stop. Staff is so lovely. The only complaint I'd have is the WiFi was faulty. Checking in to my flight took a bit. Otherwise, a great value. There is an elevator to get up to the floor, but about 10 steps up from the elevator to get to the lobby level.

I stayed here twice and the beginning and end of my trip. It was just for a night each time, and it was a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The location was convenient and close to a lot of restaurants and cafes.
The woman who worked there (hostess? Innkeeper?) didn't speak much English, but we muddled through and she was very nice and helpful.
I'd definitely stay here again.
