Comfort Inn & Suites North Platte

I understand that things break down, but the swimming pool was not open, but there was no discount on the rate when we got to our room the shower was not cleaned thoroughly. There was a soap bar in there that had not been taken out from the previous people that was in the room and we had no Kleenex. Those are small things but small things add up to big things anyway a little more detail to clean the rooms would be nice.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Polite staff with efficient check-in and check-out. Pet friendly with $35 dog fee.

Loved it

We arrived around 9pm after a 10-12 hour drive. We were promptly and warmly greeted; check-in was quick and efficient, which was greatly appreciated after such a long trip, and they were extremely friendly and welcoming to my senior Amstaff Terrier, who was excited to see new faces and be out of the car finally! The property was surrounded by grassy areas with complimentary dog-waste baggies/dispensers. As for amenities—the hot tub was broken (which is fine, we weren’t planning on using it anyway) and the fitness center had two treadmills (one of which was broken/out of order, and the other was more of a walking belt than fit for an actual, proper run) and the elliptical machine was rusty, dated, and a little gross. However, they offer two racks of dumbbells and an incline bench, so if you lift weights, you’ll be happy! They have a little snack nook with chips and candy and the continental breakfast was a perfect starter. All in all, highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
