love the clean rooms, the suto flush toilets in the room. the shower gel and shampoo smells AMAZING. the around the clock service of free drinks, icecream in the evenings and yakult in the mornings are something me and my family look forward too. these little treats really do matters! onsen was a good experience for a first timer, lots of tourists there, but you can always try to go onsen at off peak hours. laundry room was a plenty so we had no issues washing and drying. bathtub in our room was awesome as well. late night ramen was a comforting welcome. I miss onyado already. Staffs were professional and helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! We also loved the complimentary yogurt drinks, kids amenity, ice cream and while we didn’t get to enjoy the complimentary ramen at 9:00 pm, we loved that it was available.

Great stay if you have kids breakfast was really good and so is the free ramen at night

This was our favorite hotel of the trip! Great breakfast, amenities, laundry on site, massage chairs for free, the onsen. Amazing! Great location to everything we wanted to do and for transit. If I had to say one bad thing it’s that the pillows needed to be updated. They were hard and small. Otherwise, I would 1000% recommend this Place to anyone visiting Kyoto.
