Staff was friendly, hotel was quiet, they had everything we needed. Central location to taxis, disco bus and food. They also had a full bar and restaurant on property which was convenient. The spa was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend going, perfect way to relax after a long night.

Everyone was super nice and the room was nice and clean. I had arrived earlier than my check in time and while they didn’t have to, they got my room ready earlier so I could go into my room. I had 0 issues

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown San Antoni, making it easy to walk to restaurants, excursions, and other attractions.
From the moment we walked into the hotel, it smelled amazing—we loved the scent so much that we even purchased it to take home. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They also provided beach towels and umbrellas for guests to use, which was a great perk for our beach days.
The rooms were clean and well-equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. We also appreciated the extra blankets in the room, which came in handy.
I didn't personally use the pool, but my friend did. It's more of a relaxing plunge pool for cooling off and lounging in the sun rather than a traditional swimming pool.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if I return to San Antoni.

This is a fantastic hotel, with a wonderful SPA in the middle of Sant Antoni. There’s a paid underground parking right in front of the hotel for €15 but you can also try your luck with a few of the open air parkings nearby. The staff here are very nice people, there’s a great chill rooftop pool and you’re very close to the Cafe Mambo Marina walk, many lovely tavernas/tapa bars and just a great place to stay.
My only recommendation to the hotel is to reassess why the hell the bathroom mirror is not in front of the sink and to the left - its a ridiculous design choice and not the end of the world but it makes zero sense!
Its clean, well maintained, safe, central and I’d definitely stay there again!
