Avis et évaluations
8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Driving into the hotel is difficult since is a Historic Area. The instructions I received in the Expedia Inbox were incorrect. You have to go Calle Sagasta 11 and turn right. You won't see the hotel sign going down that pedestrian street, so enter the hotel name right after you turn right so you know when to turn left to get to the lobby. Do no rent a large SUV as it won't fit in the carl elevator and maneuvering down there is close to impossible. Instructions given by the hotel staff were not that clear to arrive driving to the hotel other than the street name where you have to turn right. Other than getting there in rent car, the hotel is centric to all the bars in Laurel Street and rooms are very comfortable. The staff does not tell you you have to reserve way ahead of time to use the pool in the spa. So if you want to use it, rese4rve as soon as you check in

Gorgeous hotel right in the center of the old town. Perfect location. The property is top notch but what really makes this a world class hotel is the staff. They were so friendly, gracious and helpful. The vibe was chic and elegant. We would absolutely stay there again. Great hotel. Great staff and great town
