Mulberry House was an excellent option for us. We loved having the kitchen and living room to cook and relax after a long day of sightseeing. The location was fantastic - very walkable, easy access to restaurants, the Underground, grocery stores and parks. Staff were responsive and helpful. If we return to London, we would absolutely stay here again.

The appartments are spacious, very clean and well equipped. We are very happy with our choice.

It was fantastic we loved how close we were to everything but just far enough away on a quiet street.

Check in was a mess. We were given the wrong code to access our apartment. Jenifer hung up on us three time when we called for assistance before sending us a video on how to unlock our apartment. Turned out we were given the wrong code. The unit had no a/ c and the loft bedroom had no ventilation at all. Out friends had to sleep on the living room floor. We get fans from them on the second day but that did not help much. Terrible on vacation and having to sweat the night away. The stove and oven did not work and the clothes washer was a nightmare to operate. With some upgrades this could be a great place to stay. Oh and we had a window in our room that lead to a fire escape with a walkway to another door. We made sure we locked the window before we left and found it open twice when we returned. Not very secure.
