The staff are impeccable and attentive from the front desk to cleaning staff. The food there is good as well. There's no pork (it's Halal) which also means no bar or alcohol, this can be remedied by going to buy your own or getting an Uber drop off. My one complaint is the bathroom sink...it's so narrow that you get water everywhere when you turn it on. If you're coming from America bring wash cloths, they're not a thing in South Africa.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt house. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and great.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and high-quality food. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed.
We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely return on our next visit. Thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality and professionalism! 😊

Really wonderful stay at Hyatt House. The rooms are large and perfect for a longer stay, and the staff was incredibly helpful and good at their jobs. Special thanks to the breakfast staff who were great!

The hotel was lovely and the staff were exceptional! It was family friendly, they provided a place for my toddler to sleep and were so patient with him during the breakfast rush! It was close to the Market and incredible restaurants, I always felt safe and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a cozy spot to hang out with friends and family.
