The location and view
The staff was extremely rude. They started harassing us since 11 am so we could check out. I told them the email from booking.com clearly stated that checkout was 12noon to 1pm and we left by 12:30pm but they came to our door so many times, messaged me and argued with me.
That really ruined our mood and experience.
Toiletries weren’t there in one of the toilets.
