We had a great week staying at this house.

Loved our visit to Hot Springs!

Very clean property. HUGE and perfect for large families. Beds were completely comfortable. Hot tub was great after a long day riding motorcycles. Definitely recommend. Definitely will stay again!

I want to start with the positives: The owner was very timely with checking and access information She was also very speedy with responding when we would text her.The inside of the house appears clean and tidy and spacious. Plenty of places to sit, hang out and eat All of the rooms and common areas are a very good spacious. Beds were pretty comfortable.Plenty of linens, towels and extra bedding available. Kitchen seemed well stocked, but we only used the fridge, microwave and coffee pot.The negatives:The outside of the house front, back and side yards need A Lot of attention. It was very overgrown and not swept or clean. It for sure didn't match the inside and caused hesitation for what we were going to get inside.1 of 4 bedrooms the closet door was broken and leaned back into the closet off the hinges, too creepy to use that room. The lighting is a little lack through out the house, there are lots of lamps in different places to help which it did, but could use better lighting. The biggest most disturbing issue is the rat, not mouse, the rat that we kept seeing during our stay!!My brother thought he saw something the first day, unfortunately we all saw it the sond day, multiple times! We believe it's an issue from the overgrown yard as well as what appeared to be access points behind the toilets, because like I previously stated the house was clean. The owner again was very responsive when we reported this to her.
