Cleanliness
The host repeatedly called me 1.5 hours before check-out, pressuring me to leave — an unnecessary and intrusive approach that disrupted my stay. Guests should be able to enjoy their time undisturbed until the agreed check-out time. When I asked for washing detergent, I was told to buy it myself from a shop downstairs, which felt unwelcoming given it was just for one wash. Lastly, the AC seemed to vent hot air into the apartment instead of outside, which made no sense.
