Saratoga Hotel Sultanahmet

Location excellent and the staff were AMAZING

Basement room a bit tired

Staff were amazing loved the location not as busy as some of the other areas - great service

The staff at the hotel Enes, Hamza and Mehmet were excellent hosts. I travelled alone but didn't feel alone. It felt like I was staying with family. They took excellent care of me. In fact, I would end my late nights after touring Istanbul with a cup of tea with Hamza or Enes and have a beautiful conversation with them. The location of the hotel is excellent right behind the blue mosque. The rooms are small like any other boutique hotel in the area but the bathroom and bed size is sufficient for two people. I would limit my suitcases to no more than 2 as there is no more space for more. No complaints lovely experience and would definitely stay again! Tesekkur ederim :)

Nothing really. They have a lovely back garden for breakfast, I would just improve on the breakfast menu.

Excellent location within walking distance from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque.. Very clean and tidy, staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you Mehmet, Hamza, Enes, Hanife & the kitchen staff who were all super nice.

Room lacks ventilation and a land phone to the front desk so we had to go downstairs everytime we needed anything. Some minibar snacks would have been nice!
