Le logement est très fonctionnel, moderne et propre. La terrasse très agréable, douche extérieur très appréciable. La literie confort. La climatisation obligatoire la bas est présente. Place de parking sécurisé. Et pour finir, les propriétaires au petit soin durant notre séjour.

Les locaux n apprécient pas beaucoup les touristes ( ressenti autour de la piscine ) mais général sur l île. Je peux toutefois comprendre le « sur tourisme » qui fait grimper les locations ( quand disponible )..

Notre séjour était incroyable ! 🤩 Le logement était impeccable : très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, climatisation au rez-de-chaussée comme à l’étage, serviettes de bain, etc.). Rien n’a été laissé au hasard, chaque détail a été pensé pour que l’on s’y sente comme chez soi. 🤗 L’emplacement est idéal à Maspalomas, avec en plus une place de stationnement réservée juste devant le logement, ce qui est très appréciable. Les piscines étaient parfaites, notamment pour les enfants grâce à leur fond en pente qui leur permettait d’avoir pied. Il y avait également toujours des transats disponibles, ce qui était un vrai plus. Un immense merci à Yunay pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse, ainsi que pour ses précieux conseils et recommandations. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable et reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ☀️😊

Loved how the apartment was liad out, every mod con there.. Coffee machine, pots, pans, Induction hob that doesn't take too long to learn how to use..TV, Netflix, lovely patio, Everything is so secure, How the owner sends you everything you need to know before you arrive..he sends you a video of how to get into the complex, where the pool is, How to get to the property from the pool, the code for the key box, WiFi and password and Yunay is always on hand to answer any questions..it's located hard way down the hill on Calle Doctor Agustin, not too far from shops, restaurants, pharmacies, Aldi, the playa is only 10 min drive,

How the rooms were upstairs bathroom was downstairs..First World problems I know..The tap water isn't great to drink or boil for tea or coffee so buy a big 5Ltr btl of water in Aldi. There are obviously a lot of other people in the complex who live there permanently with all hoses and apartments so close together in different lane ways.. dogs barking are a bit of a disturbance but that's the same as any neighbourhood..The parking spaces are very tight so wad glad we had out fiat 500c but even that was too big to squeeze in safely without much stress..anyway that's not really an issue, just the way it is..no fault of the owner Yunay..

Izredno prijazna in ustrežljiva gostiteljica. Prenovljen in odlično opremljen apartma z udobnimi posteljami. Izredno čist in z vsemi pripomočki za prijetno bivanje. Na voljo smo imeli celo nekaj igrač, otroški stolček za hranjenje, plažne pripomočke, zložljivo posteljico ... Na terasi tudi žar in pralni stroj. Lokacija je odlična za raziskovanje otoka, saj je blizu večine znamenitosti. Preživeli smo čudovit dopust, gostiteljica pa nam je samoiniciativno predlagala restavracije in must see točke.
