SO/ Paris Hotel

Upon arrival the front office staff were super friendly and welcoming. Once checked in we were given a welcome drink and taken up to our room. Room was lovely, very clean. Great that soft drinks were included in the mini bar. We had a room with the Eiffel Tower view and luckily we got some sunshine which came through into the room. Shower was lovely and nice the toilet was separate. The bed was super comfortable too so we slept very well. Twice we ordered in room dining, despite not having a great meal at Bonnie restaurant the food for very good. We had a club sandwich one evening (it was hugeeeee!) and a burger another night. Location was good there are places around but for where we wanted to be and go, it was always around 30 mins in a taxi + Paris traffic. Just want to finish with a big shout out to Tom and Olary who went above and beyond (remaining very patient!) when we left our work hard drive in the room which we realised on our flight back to Dubai. Having located it and doing everything they could to help us access it and get it to a sent to a friend in another hotel, their help was really truly appreciated. Generally would recommend the hotel.

Just as mentioned as above the location but that’s our preference and what we wanted to do / be in Paris

The room with a view of the river and the Eiffel Tower. The location is close to the Metro, easy to get around the city.

Location was good

On arrival to our room we were not told that the tv was UNDER THE BED and most of the time didn’t work. We were advised to leave 3,hrs before flight as fingerprints were taken. From leaving to gate - 1 hour. No fingerprints taken no problem or delay with security and we were up at 6 am for 10.30 flight!!!!
