Via Inn Shinjuku

Hotel located in Shinjuku, short walking distance from Metro station entrance, but not too close to the Shinjuku busy area. The coziness and quietness is perfect for a good rest. Super friendly staff, the amenities at the lobby is convenient, and we managed to store our luggage After check-out before heading to the airport is a plus point!

Nothing much, overall a good stay with the fair price. It's always fully booked, I would recommend you to make reservation as soon as you have identified your itinerary. This is a high-demand popular place.

If we came back to Tokyo tomorrow, this is where we would stay. The location is a real find: wonderfully central, yet in a quiet area where you can unwind after a full day in the city. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is excellent, with a generous selection to start the day. But it’s the staff who make this place special. They were warm, patient and incredibly attentive, especially when we needed help sending our luggage with Yamato. They made sure everything was sorted, and we were so grateful for their care. We are two mothers and two daughters travelling together to celebrate retirement and fulfil a long-held dream of visiting Japan. Staying here was a lovely beginning to a trip that means so much to us. To the whole team: thank you for giving us such a warm welcome to Tokyo. When we talk about this trip back home, your kindness will be part of the story. You’ve set the standard for the rest of our journey through Japan. We would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly—and would love to return ourselves.
