I like the fact that is spacious and new and close to the center.
I would have liked to had at least some paper towels in the kitchen area (there was nothing to wipe) and maybe 2/4 coffee capsules or teabags… I know is not a hotel but would have been nice to have this at first hour in the morning.

We only stayed at Neo Residence for a short time, mainly to shower and sleep, but the apartment was clean, comfortable and had what we needed for our stay. A good option for a short visit.

Location of apartment is really good and private parking is also an advantage
Poor cleaning of the floor and of the restroom.
