Akeah Hotel Gran Vía

The location is excellent, very close to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions around Gran Vía. The hotel is very clean, and I really loved the modern and stylish decor. The fact to have a rooftop pool, although small, is fantastic!

The room and the bed was quite small for two people! I was also disappointed with the brunch presentation. Although the food was tasty, the presentation was completely different from what is shown on TikTok. The food also took quite a long time to arrive at our table, despite the fact that we had a reservation. Another thing I really didn’t appreciate was a housekeeper knocking on our door before 12a.m. to ask if everything was okay and whether the room had been cleaned. We had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, so I found this quite inappropriate. If the hotel needs to check whether everything is satisfactory, I believe this should be done by reception via telephone rather than disturbing guests who have specifically asked not to be disturbed. Finally, the Mojito at the pool bar was extremely disappointing, especially compared with the excellent Mojito at Tilda Bar on the first floor. The one at the pool bar was honestly undrinkable, poorly prepared, and extremely expensive for the quality.

The location was perfect for our plans, it was clean and modern, lovely staff, great bar…

Room was small & storage was minimal & seemed flimsy….

Location, very nice building, nice bar and outside terrace. Good helpful, friendly staff.

Rooms are tight (or mine was), they’re functional but just a little tight.

Très bon emplacement

Chambre trop petite. Manque total d’intimité avec la douche disposée à côté du lit, avec des vitres certes striées mais transparentes ! Les équipements de la chambre étaient abîmés.
