Good location, close to Trindade station. The building has an elevator (although it only starts on the second floor, so keep in mind that you’ll need to carry your suitcases up a few steps). The apartment also had a balcony for drying clothes and a spacious bathroom.
The apartment felt worn out. The blinds were broken, and the place could have been cleaner. There was a very strong smell of cleaning products throughout the stay, and it was unclear whether it was coming from the bed linen or somewhere else.

The apartment is clean, modern and compact. Everything you need is there, including a great little outdoor balcony to have a glass of wine.
There was a small delay in getting the air conditioning running, it needed to be reprogrammed with a code - but we didn’t get that information on our first night.
It might be helpful to have that information handy along with simple how to instructions to run a basic, quick wash dry load. I did spend a little bit of time researching and completing a couple of loads, but with some proper instructions, it might not have cost me that much time. For a long day washing machine is a selling feature!
