Great location with good breakfast.
Male receptionist clearly had a bad cough and should not have been at work.
Rooms small but very comfortable.

Loved this beautiful heritage hotel just a street back from Jonkers Walk which is full of interesting shops and lights up as a night market in the evening. Close to the World Heritage listed Red Square and the river. Staff were lovely, rooms were really comfortable and the hotel has such a great heritage feel but with all modern conveniences as well. Easy walk to everything.

The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and well presented. Staff were well presented, but very shy.
Lunch and dinner were not even promoted, and nobody ate there. Alcohol was not permitted in the restaurant, and there was very little to choose from.
