Hôtel Manolita Paris

I loved loved loved this hotel. It was new and clean and stylish & I loved the neighborhood as well!! The owner was awesome & I even extended my stay - I do think it’s on the pricey side but worth it and definitely plan on staying here again

The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that my room was advertised with a picture of a walk on balcony & that was a must for me in Paris, it was not an accurate picture and they did not have an actual balcony sooo that I feel needs to be changed. Also the room service lacked, everytime I went to order they were either not serving (even though it was within time frame advertised on menu) or didn’t have what I wanted so they could work on that but even with those two things, the hotel was so beautiful & nice that I extended my stay so the small things did not out weight all the great!

The fabulous team. Winnie and Adrian excellent. The location superb. The decor exquisite and the morning breakfast was perfect each day.

Hotel Manolita is located in a great location. The bed was very comfortable, the room itself was well designed, and we enjoyed the lovely view over the Parisian rooftops. However, there were several issues during our stay that I would not expect from a hotel advertised as a 5-star property. Firstly, our room had Nespresso pods but no coffee machine. We had to inform reception, who promptly brought one to the room. While the issue was resolved quickly, this is the kind of detail that should not be overlooked in a 5-star hotel. Housekeeping was also not quite up to standard. I noticed dust on the bedside table underneath the telephone and even took photos as evidence. Another recurring issue was the bathroom amenities. There was only one small shower gel and one small shampoo provided for two guests. We reported this on the first night, but the following day only a single replacement was left again, requiring another trip to reception. It is difficult to understand how two people are expected to shower in the morning and before dinner with only one miniature bottle. Having larger dispensers or multiple bottles in the shower would be a much more practical solution. We travel extensively around the world and have rarely encountered such an oversight. The biggest disappointment was the shower temperature. The water was never properly hot, only lukewarm. On the first night, I went to reception and had to knock on the desk because the receptionist was asleep. She assured me the issue would be checked the following day, but unfortunately nothing changed. We raised the issue again on the second night and were once more assured it would be investigated. The next morning, a member of staff attempted to explain the problem by referring to regulations and even suggested that we might not have turned the hot water on correctly. My partner and I found this response dismissive rather than helpful. The sink tap produced genuinely hot water, so the explanation did not seem credible.
