I have stayed in many places throughout my travels, but every once in a while, you discover somewhere so special that words can hardly do it justice. This was one of those places. From the very first moment, I felt an incredible sense of warmth and belonging. It genuinely felt like coming home, only surrounded by breathtaking mountains and extraordinary scenery. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, brand new, modern, and maintained to the highest possible standards. The cleanliness was exceptional, everything was spotless, fresh, and perfectly organized. Every little detail seemed to have been carefully considered. The rooms were extremely comfortable, hot water was always available, and everything worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, close to everything while still offering a wonderful sense of peace and tranquility. Having private parking was another great advantage. But what truly makes this place extraordinary is the hospitality. The hotel manager is simply one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I have encountered during my travels. Her attention to detail, genuine care, and willingness to help with absolutely anything made the entire experience unforgettable. Even when she needed to step away, she made sure to inform me and encouraged me to message her anytime if I needed anything. This is the kind of personal attention that even the most luxurious five-star hotels cannot always provide. I also had the wonderful opportunity to participate in a traditional Georgian khinkali-making workshop, and it was absolutely incredible! The instructor was fantastic, patient, professional, warm, and exceptionally good at explaining every step. It wasn't just a cooking class; it was a beautiful cultural experience that I will remember for a very long time. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone staying here. What impressed me most was that nothing about the hospitality felt artificial.

Helpful staff, big room and big bathroom

Staff were helpful. Large room, large bathroom and best shower we had in our entire trip. Good location.

Bed was so soft, incredibly uncomfortable which made for a very poor sleep. Breakfast is only available if there are enough people. There is another spot across the street, I would suggest going there or looking elsewhere.

Great attentive staff and a nice spacious room. We did the khinkhali workshop which was very nice.

It was a bit noisy.
