I really enjoyed my stay! The location near Republic Square was convenient for exploring Yerevan. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would gladly stay here again and ready to book for this coming December trip.
The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom. Having one available would make the stay even better.

Good location, spacious
The mattress was not of good quality, it springs were broken. When we told the owner, he simply flipped the mattress and said problem solved🫠
We ended up with backache and no good sleep.
