Beth and the rest of the front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Hanging area and lots of shelves and cubes for storage were helpful. Laundry facilities were clean and a good value.
Still scratching my head as the “fully equipped kitchen” had literally nothing in it — not even a coffee maker. You could purchase one, or a single place setting for $20 or a basic cooking set for $30. I’d happily pay a few extra bucks a night to have the basics. Wanting/needing that for a longer term stay is why you go to a place like this! We’ve had basics at other extended stay hotels, but they were not only nicer but more expensive.

-Comfortable bed, big fridge, plenty of space, no frills.
-Taps, toilet flush, air con, fridge, lights are all in good working condition.
-The timer for the toilet light is a great idea.
-Everything looks nice and new as if it has been recently refurbished.
-Staff/security were v friendly. I checked in close to 10pm and the security knew exactly what to do. Instructions were clear and queries very well handled.
-Floor can be cleaner. I had to get a broom to sweep. No dustpan was provided though which made the cleaning less convenient.
-i asked for one extra pillow but there wasn't any available

Location. Get what you pay for, and overall this room worked for what I needed. Location could have been cleaner, house keeping could have made an effort to come by and clean the room. 10 days, no room service. Seriously?
Room service didn't service the room once in the 10 days I stayed, yet they had a envelope on the counter asking for tips for "Jeff" - the housekeeper. The shower needs some work. Water pressure kind of a joke.
