Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·août 2026
The room was very spacious, with two double beds, a shower, and a small kitchen. There was also a washing machine and a designated outdoor area where we could hang our laundry, which was very convenient. Location was very good with train stations like Ebisucho, Imamiyaebisu, Shin-imamiya and Doubutsuen-Mae.
The room was extremely hot, and even with both AC units running, they did not cool the room properly. We left the ACs on when we went out so that the room would stay comfortable, but when we came back, we found that both AC units had been turned off for some reason. This was quite disappointing, especially given how hot the room was.

Great location, clean room, great value
There is a karaoke place nearby, and could be quite noisy.

Good location. Proximity to station and restaurants and the centre were excellent!
Could hear the karaoke from next door late into the evening, but that wasn’t necessarily a bad thing haha!

The room was very spacious & had a kitchenette & washing machine. in addition the room was ok cleanliness, not spotless
The main sink was the kitchen sink, making daily hygiene related activities difficult & the Owner wasn’t very helpful, especially with the task of transferring our luggage from there to the airport
