Mirage Hotel

Great location right on the beach, very reasonably priced, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The 2 ladies we met on reception were helpful and friendly. Fantastic unobstructed views from balcony.

Service at the restaurant was extremely slow, the receptionist explained that they were short staffed this month due to illness so this might be a once off observation. The beach is covered in cigarette butts. Suggestion: bar service to be extended to cocktails with wait staff delivering drinks to beach area. Not a complaint but worth noting that the promenade is a busy tourist spot with evening music at nearby hotels and fireworks every midnight we were there but not too loud from upper floors.

Good location and rooms were bright and airy

No chairs in the room at the mirror and table, toiletries such as shower gel was not replaced daily one small container was all we were given for the 2 nights. The safe was not working and unfortunately we had a very upsetting experience when we were checking out due to items missing from it.
