The location was great, the apartment in on the basement to it was quite fresh for a Zagreb summer day. The wifi wasn’t working but they helped us straight away. Bed was comfortable
The property is on basement, which makes it quite humid and smelly, there was dampness on the wall that could be easily clean.
We couldn’t switch on the TV, looked like it was partially torn from the wall and it could fall anytime. The staff offer to come and check it but we were enjoying the city so no time for it. Only one light bulb in the kitchen so it was quite dark. No hooks for wet towels.

Perfect location, clean, has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.
Nothing in particular.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. The apartment had a serious humidity problem, making the space unpleasant and uncomfortable to sleep in. The bed was extremely soft and provided very little comfort.
The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. It felt like a poorly executed attempt at digitalization, designed more to reduce work for the host than to make the experience easier for guests. Instead of simplifying things, it made everything more difficult.
Overall, the apartment prioritizes appearance over comfort and guest experience.
