Inside property as exactly as shown on site. Very clean in all rooms and all furniture, bed, bedding all updated and in good shape. Kitchen stocked as needed. The kitchen does have a heater/air filter that runs non-stop that borders on white noise and slightly annoying. Great remote fireplaces inside main room and main bedroom which were great to use on cooler nights. Nice TV's in multiple rooms. The outside was somewhat underwhelming as neighbor next door is right on top of you and not as much privacy as it looks on site. Both front and especially back areas and sliding doors covered in seasonal berries from trees and it would of been nice to have that taken care before arriving. Had to spend 15 minutes cleaning up the area to able to walk and sit without crushing berries under feet or pants. Location is perfect to get to Old Town area or any wineries in any direction. Certainly a winning property. Would rent again.

The house is well situated for walking and access to the historic area

This was the ideal place for our two couples to spend time in Niagara on the Lake. Clean, comfortable and cute! The decorating was supurb, and carried the French theme throughout.The beds were comfortable, although I must admit that swapping out the Queen for a King size bed in the future would be the icing on the cake.It is centrally located, and served as a perfect base of operations for our time in NOTL.WE LOVED IT...and I'm sure that others will too.Thanks for a perfect holiday getaway.

The house is beautifully decorated and clean. It is in a great location. Walking distance to the main strip and Willow bakery which was great for coffee in the morning. Unfortunately, the house smelled like mildew as soon as we entered. We opened all the windows thinking it just needed to be aired out. There are 2 fans in the kitchen and living room. One is an air purifier. We quickly realized that opening all of the windows and turning on the air purifier wasn't really helping. The foul smelling air was coming from somewhere. We notified the host who informed us that the house has a mud basement and was damp due to the rain. We had no choice but to sleep there that first night. We slept with the windows open and it helped a bit. The next morning the host offered to put us in another property or provide us with charcoal air purifier bags. We opted for the bags as we were there for my sister's 60th birthday and had a tight schedule. No time to move. This made for a disappointing visit as we were worried for our health as I suffer from allergies. We spent little time in the house and again slept with the windows open. We left early the following morning. I should also note, we could not use the sink in the washroom beside the kitchen as very little water came from the tap. All noted, the house was so pretty unfortunately the smell of it took away from the beautiful decor.
