Everything
We did have an issue with a thrown breaker. Couldn’t find the fuse box (hidden behind a picture). Stopped by the mgmt office and they said someone would come right out. Had to call again the next day. Only impact was we didn’t have the comfort of the ceiling fan in the living room and we couldn’t sit out on the front porch in the evening because we had no lights or ceiling fans working.
