I loved everything of the property, great customer service, thank you so much Kelvin, Angel, don't remember his name but his last name is Hernandez. Thank you for making us feel comfortable.
Everything was great!!!

Adonai was our server and he completely exceeded our expectations!
He was super friendly, professional and on top of everything.
My nephew forgot stuff at the pool and he gave it to us next morning during breakfast.
We went with a big group of people and everyone said the same thing, they all loved the place.
The water in the shower was draining very slow.
There should be a trash can on the beach side.
Everything else was perfect

Staff was very kind and helpful.
Hotel has a great location and offers comfortable seat area in front of the beach.
The bathroom size and structure is too small and uncomfortable. It lacks of minimal items inside shower like a caddy for shampoo and body wash.
