Nice place, easy access, everything works as it should, very handy for the road network, M90, A92 etc, would highly recommend it

Easy to find, plenty on street parking
Clean and fairy well kitted out.
The shower was poor and needed reno work.
The single biggest negative is the water storage tank filling valve SQUEELED every time someone in the building flushed a toilet. This kept me awake throughout the night. Awful! The ball floats valve needs renewed.
I need to say this is not an apartment issue but the apartment is below the loft space where the water tank is situated.
