Just what we needed

Great location. Very helpful receptionists. Very comfortable beds and great pillows. All the facilities we needed. Perfect for what we needed.

There was a waterpipe in the downstairs bathroom that was covered with mould. Its a shame as everything else was great.Reported to receptionist.

Bed bugs active

Good location, good/big house structure.

There are bed bugs in the en suite room, possibly in the headboard. The moment we went to bed, they started getting out of their hiding places. A person was bitten. We were provided with temporary accommodation for the duration of the stay, which was nowhere close to the one paid for, and no money back. Notified staff again after the event, however, they said there is no evidence of bed bugs at the location. I'm worried, as these hide really well through cracks or even mattress! I wouldn't recommend this house to anyone until issue is fixed! Avoid, avoid.
