Très propre et lumineux. La douche très belle et le jet suffisamment puissant (pour se laver les cheveux c’est génial !). L’emplacement trop top, en quelques minutes à pied on est dans les ruelles populaires d’Annecy, et c’est proche de la gare, ou du parking si vous venez en voiture.

Parfois les indications pour le check in et le check out n’était pas clair. On nous a dit qu’on serait accueilli puis finalement c’était un self Check in avec des codes (ce qui était top !) mais c’est pas très clair avant d’arriver sur place face a la porte de l’appartement.

Tout était bien , juste le canapé lit était un peu moins confortable mais pour une nuit ça allait

The apartment itself is lovely, perfect for a couple. Small bathroom with a nice shower. There is a lift if you have bags. The bed is comfortable and air-conditioning available in both the bedroom and the living space. Iron and board available. Dishwasher (take your own tablets as they don't provide any) Around a 10 minute walk to the centre, around 20 minutes to the lake and park. Only about 2/3 mins to the Railways station.

Here is the major problem with this property, the management company that looks after it. You'll receive demanding messages, either telling you to collect keys from an office, or meet someone at the apartment itself. In my case, both. So I went to the office to be told I should be at the apartment. The office is an annoying drive through the one-way system and you can't park outside it. They'll demand you be there at a time that suits them, even though you can't check in until 4pm, they'll want you at 2:30pm. Bad points about the apartment: No toiletries (says on booking.com there should be) No hand soap. A coffee machine which takes pods (unknown brand and none provided) A Moka coffee pot, can't be used as doesn't work on the induction hob. Balcony a little dirty (but passable) The parking: This is about three blocks away, if you have a big car you won't make the turn or fit in the space. Its outside but locked and safe. The problem, if you have bags you really can't stop outside the apartment as you'll get shouted at as you'll be blocking the road. When you leave, you'll need to go and get your car, come back and take keys (including fob for parking) back to the key box outside the apartment, all the time annoying the drivers outside who you've blocked again. A few other requests, not unreasonable to strip the bed and empty the bin. Some may find this annoying.
