Bull Costa Canaria & Spa - Only Adults

Lo mejor del hotel es el personal en especial mencionar a Claudia, Javier y Fernando. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas. Me encantó el spa de acceso libre. El gimnasio muy completo. El régimen de todo incluido muy completo, aunque habia que pagar algo por ciertos cócteles, la mayoría estaba incluidos, asi como una pizza al dia por persona.

Quizá la comida y espectáculos eran poco variados. Aunque el restaurante carta estaba bastante bien, el buffet era comida menos elaborada, aunque la cocina en vivo estaba bastante bien ( excepto en las cenas en las que le tocaba a Mohamed que a partir de las 20h y, con malos modales, senegaba a cocinar más)

Peaceful.. Great idea putting everyone's name on the pools tumbonas...Great gardens , just what I was looking for.. a good variety of food, I was on my own and I felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food was amazing with a huge variety of options every day. The Italian pizza was absolutely outstanding and honestly one of the best parts of our stay. There was something delicious for everyone. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. The rooms and all common areas were spotless and very well maintained. Another big advantage was the location. The hotel had very easy access to public transportation, especially buses, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

This is totally my fault! I did not know what Half Boarded meant. I was not aware that breakfast and dinner were buffet. If I had known that I would have selected another hotel for our stay in Gran Canaria. The reprimand when attempting to help myself to a soft drink was shocking!
