A spacious hotel by the sea with a spa and a water park. Friendly and welcoming staff. Fresh and well designed relaxation areas and common spaces. As a family with a little one, we especially appreciated the playroom. Delicious and rich breakfast selection. A comfortable room with plenty of storage space for all your belongings. Excellent SPA area.

The cleanliness of the room was below our expectations. The towels were dirty, there was some kind of frozen buildup in the fridge, and the bathroom felt outdated and unclean. The water park is definitely not worth as the main attraction. It is quite small, and even with a child, there is very little to do for more than an hour. The buffet dinner is also definitely not worth the price. Some dishes were already unavailable just an hour after dinner service began, and we never saw them being replenished. Unfortunately, the food itself was also disappointing in terms of taste. Next time will prefer other hotels.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We really enjoyed our room, especially the beautiful view from the balcony. The bathroom was excellent as well — modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The best part of our stay was definitely the access to the water park and the saunas. It was a fantastic bonus and made our visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of options to suit every taste. We were a group of six, and everyone found something delicious to enjoy. There is convenient parking right next to the hotel for an additional fee. There is also free parking nearby, although we didn’t use it. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the check-in process. At around 3:20 PM, there was a huge queue at reception. People were getting frustrated after waiting for a long time, and some guests were trying to skip the queue, which only made the situation more stressful for everyone. Nowadays, many hotels offer online check-in, allowing guests to provide their passport details and contact information in advance. Having to fill out paper forms at the reception feels very outdated. If online check-in is not available, perhaps the hotel could print the registration forms in advance and place them to the side, so guests can fill them out while waiting. Our friends were informed in advance that part of the water park was not working, and they were offered a discount because of this. However, our family received no information whatsoever — neither before our arrival nor at reception. We were not informed that the lazy river was unavailable, and no discount or compensation was offered to us. Why were some guests informed and offered a discount, while others were not? disappointing

A lot of food was left non-eatten on the plate during breakfast. Only 3 towels per person. They are saving on a lot of things. A bit tied hotel.

The water park and the Sauna center was really good in general. The staff in reception and waterpark were really polite. Really good lounge beds in the yard.

When arriving to the room the room no towels provided (brought upon request). No kettle to make tea or instant coffee. No cleaning the room upon 3 night visit. I got towels changed from asking in the hallway from the cleaning lady. Also asked if the room could be cleaned but it never happened. The breakfast was really bad - eg. The eggs were from powder and the beans in tomato souce were hard etc. The breakfast hall was really dirty - there were young staff walking around but never picked up any dirty dishes from peoples tables. In waterpark outside area Saturday morning when trying to relax there was a maintainance guy with a trimmer - trimming the leaves between chairs with no regards of quests. In Sauna center big signs to use towels but not provided.
