The Caesar premier is excellently located in Central Jerusalem. It’s walking distance to the train, the bus station, and the Mahuda market. The rooms are clean and newly updated. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. This was a definite value and if you’re looking for easy transportation around the city, you can’t go wrong with a hotel right in front of the street car line. An easy access to all buses.

The location is great, walkable distance to the market and other points of interest. Also easily accessible through public transport. We traveled with our two young daughters and the size of the room we stayed in was perfect for us - spacious enough to even allow them some play time. The staff at the dining hall was very hospitable and welcoming (we only had breakfasts there but had special dietary needs that needed to be met). The breakfast itself was diverse and tasty.
With the exception of the dining room staff, most of the staff we ran into at the reception, the parking lot and the pool were either rude, unwelcoming or simply unprofessional. The lifeguard at the pool spent the majority of the time on his phone, smoking directly under the "no smoking" sign. The pool itself is much smaller than it appears to be in the photos.
