Masseria Salinola

we enjoyed our time. it was a wonderful experience.

The property is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The owner and his family were very gracious and proud to be the fifth generation owners of this Masseria.

Salinola is located just outside Ostuni, it's an easy 10 minute drive to that town. Salinola's location is central in the region and with a car you can visit all of the main towns around the area. Our room was large with a small sitting area, nice bathroom and a terrace with seating. The masseria itself is lovely, not an overly large property with a fantastic pool area, great dining room with multiple outside terraces and "hang-out" spaces which we liked. While it was fully booked while we were there, it did not feel busy at all. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is provided and is reasonable, the various cakes/pasteries each day were the highlights. They offer nightly dinners in the dining area which we did not try.

I think the price is maybe a little high, but not overly so when looking at other Masseria in the area. It serves probably as reasonable value for money.
