Very good location in the center of Copacabana and next to a metro station. Breakfast and room were also good. It was the most expensive hotel on our trip but the quality matched the price. Nice rooftop pool with a view of Corcovado and free welcome Caipirinha.
Nothing really. On check-out, staff claimed that we would have to pay extra because of a mistake. However this turned out to be wrong as we had paid exactly the required amount. Took us some time to clarify the situation and the timing for this, just before our flight, was not ideal. Seemed really like a mistake and not a scam. In any case make sure that you know how much you pay.

Great service, location and value for money. Staff was also very friendly and helpful and we were also very happy with the breakfast.

Very good location and the staff were really kind and helpful always.
The beddings and towels were just not up to the standard, they were stained and did not feel properly clean. Asked for a change and still had the same issue. Really disappointed in that.
