Bernstorff Castle Hotel

Nice historical building, nice park for walks and we enjoyed tea at Queen Louise’s Rose Garden

No breakfast on the weekends

Beautiful grounds and lovely building. Spacious room with nice furnishings

Extraordinary location, great breakfast in a really historic setting, comfortable beds, perfect service.

The rooms could need some renovation/repair, but still ok and nevertheless a perfect host experience.

Bernstorff Castle Hotel has every opportunity to become something special, but our experience fell short. I booked a room for four nights. My colleagues and I often use hotel facilities to work and prepare between meetings. For a hotel that also operates as a conference venue, reliable Wi-Fi and somewhere to sit and work should be part of the experience. Neither was adequately available to us unless we were attending a conference. For our needs, booking this hotel was a mistake. We have now returned to our usual Copenhagen locations, Park and Port Side. It is a shame that Bernstorff does not make better use of its location and facilities. The unhelpful staff did little to improve the experience.
