1. Cleanes, overall all good but some points were missing a touch. 2. Bathroom lights. 3. People playing games late at night outside, under the balconies . 4. 1 elevator during weekend in our building side. 5. Only 2 tea bags in room.

Rich breakfast with a wide variety of fresh food and very welcoming staff. hotel has a nice location away from the busy city center. swimming pool was very clean; we enjoyed one full day at the swimming pool. Reception team was extra polite and welcoming and provided all the support and advice we needed. I recommend this hotel for family vacations

100 ILS to use the gym which is not good looking anyway

The AC in our room took hours to start getting cold. Our screen door was broken and the lock was hard to use. The shower was amazing, with excellent water pressure. The bed was good enough but the pillows were cheap and hurt my neck. We loved the sweet room that had plenty of space for our family. The bathroom was fine, no complaints. They also set up our toddler bed and pack n play before we arrived and with a proper mattress! That was a first for us after many travels. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special at all. Dinner was very lovely though. The pool was also freezing and only opened late, although they did have a kids pool. Also our keycards didnt work at first and they didnt seem happy to come fix it. The view from our room was probably the best part! They did give us a second blanket right away when asked. The spa jeccuzi secretly cost 100 nis per person to use which is insane! Overall, good and bad.
