Great location near Chiang Mai Gate, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious place with enough room for a group, clean and comfortable. Check-in was smooth
A bit of noise at times

Awesome location, only 2 min walks to chiang mai gate.
Clean and enough space in each room.
Each room has their own refrigerator, table and chair.
The owner allow us to check-in early for luggage storage. Very kind.
Lots of ants. Don’t know where all those ants come from. All over the floor of the living room.
We did not eat in the room but still ants keeps appearing on the table.
I need to clean ants that crawl in my backpack everyday.
