An Exceptional Stay – Everything Was Perfect Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect, from the warm welcome to the excellent service throughout the entire experience. I especially appreciated the WhatsApp service, which made it incredibly easy to communicate with the hotel and make requests. I asked for a few things to be brought to my room, and everything was delivered exactly as requested and right on time. But what really impressed me was the kindness and genuine willingness to help. I accidentally left something at the hotel, and the staff went above and beyond: they even arranged a taxi and brought the forgotten item to me at the bus station. That level of care is something you don’t find everywhere. I can only say that the staff were exceptional, professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. I am genuinely very happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and true hospitality. Thank you for everything!

Розташування ідеальне. Швейцар дуже приємний та завжди готовий допомогти. Поряд є чудова ресторація Szkocka. Поряд міська парковка. Якщо ви на авто, то зверніть увагу, що у вихідні парковка також платна

Через килими та оббивку на меблях немає відчуття ідеальної чистоти, яку б очікував від пʼятизіркового готелю. Двоспальне ліжко вузьке і тверде, подушки не дуже комфортні. Наші вікна виходили в дворик-трубу де постійно палять і працюють кондиціонери.
