The location was perfect -- right in the center of town. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The only drawback was noise from the nearby Hard Rock Cafe and the busy street The noise was not constant but was noticable.

Room was excellent, felt more like a B&B but with a hotel facility like daily cleaning, cold filtered water, coffee. It was a really comfortable room, very comfy bed and the location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again, the host was so lovely and even gave us some great recommendations for our time in Florence
Nothing, everything was perfect

The location and cleanliness was great. Franco was very friendly and helpful welcoming us with a nice cup of coffee though right on our arrival and providing us with useful information on the city. Check-in or check-out was professional allowing us to leave our luggage in the locker. The accommodation was amazing furnitured in a decent cute way. The bed was very comfortable together with great bed linen and towels as well as high-quality shower in the bathroom. I´d really wish to come back in future.

"Chambre spacieuse, et salle de bain en très bon état ! Au-delà d’être très sympathique, le personnel a été très réactif et arrangeant."
