Hotel Bellavista

Hotel was on the top of Monte Titano, so was a short (10 minutes) walk from the bus station, right in San Marino city old town and had some of the most beautiful scenery and views you can get with a hotel. Room and bathroom were large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was in the restaurant downstairs, and was a selection of coffee, pastries and cakes, which was nice.

Only slight issue was the key to the front door didn't seem to work all the time, so struggled to get in for a bit, but luckily you can get in through the restaurant (if it's open!).

The location is absolutely perfect - right in the middle of the old town and with tables outside for food with a view. The room was small but absolutely fine, exactly what you'd expect.

No kettle in the room.

The best location you can ask for in San Marino. Great views from the rooms and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy check-in.

Breakfast was only sweets - jam, croissants, etc. We missed some cheese, vegetables or fruits. No elevator but it's understandable for such a historical area.

location is very good right in the middle of San Marino Room is ok But we second room we booked was not airconditioned which was a disappointment. View was very nice in the second room but not in the the other room we got. It was my sons bday and they got him balloons as I requested by me. which was nice .

We thought both rooms we booked were air conditioned but we only got the double room with AC. Triple room did not have AC which was a disappointment for my two sons. Staff in Restaurant was in a rush when we had our dinner. they were rushing us to take our orders as it was close to 9pm. Lots of people were turned down saying they are close but when somebody they knew arrived they served him well even after 9:30 pm. which I found unfair. They gave us a discount card for 10% in some restaurant or shops in the area. Chose to eat in the Hotel Bellavista Restaurant to avail of this but the food were not nice. We should have just gone to other restaurant that were open and we would not have been disappointed with our meal. No other shops or establishment honoured their discount card.
